Why we exist

Mitigation, adaptation and compliance

At Komunidad, we’re driven by the urgency of today’s climate challenges. Our holistic approach — covering mitigation, adaptation, and compliance — values the human, environmental, and economic aspects of the climate action journey.

  • Mitigation Measure it, then bring it down

Inventories, targets and the reporting that shows whether the curve is actually bending.

  • Adaptation See what is coming, and act on it

Hazard exposure, early warning and the operational response that keeps people and assets safe.

  • Compliance Meet the obligation, on the record

Frameworks, evidence and sign-off, so what you file stands up to whoever reads it.

Our roots

It started where the risk is highest

Komunidad began with a commitment to help businesses and communities face the realities of climate change. Witnessing the social and economic impacts in the Philippines, a country ranked highest on the World Risk Index, inspired founders Felix and Allister Ayque to create a platform that not only addresses environmental challenges but also empowers people to build resilience.

Today, our platform supports companies, governments, and communities worldwide with tools for holistic climate action — integrating mitigation, adaptation, and compliance. From ESG and sustainability management to climate risk assessment and social impact tools, we help organizations turn obligations into meaningful change.

How we work

Four things we will not trade away

These show up in product decisions more than in slogans. They are the reasons we say no to things.

01

A person signs for every number

Agents draft. People approve. Anything published carries a name, a timestamp and the version it was calculated under.

02

Your data is yours, provably

Schema-level tenant isolation, full export in open formats, and nothing used to train anything outside your tenant.

03

Configuration over code

If a customer needs custom code to express a common rule, that is our bug, not their project.

04

Handover is the success test

An engagement has gone well when your team makes the next change without calling us.

Security & governance

Built to survive an assurance review

Tenant data never leaves its schema, model calls are scoped to the tenant that made them, and nothing customer-specific is used to improve a shared model. Audit logs are immutable and exportable.

Data residency is regional by default, with dedicated or on-shore hosting available on Enterprise agreements.
